The fixed price per traveller includes our service and the UK application fee of £20. Choose to pay in pounds sterling, euro or US dollars.
Each time is our target to review and submit your complete application. We start the target after we have all required details and suitable photos.

Each option has one fixed total per traveller. The service timing begins when we have complete information and suitable photos.
Your application, step by step
You stay in control at every stage
You review the completed application and authorise us before anything is submitted.
Book and pay
Choose Standard, Priority or Express for each traveller. You see the fixed total before paying, and pay before entering passport details or uploading photos. One booking can cover up to ten travellers.
Share details and photos
After payment, we email a private link. For each traveller, provide their passport details and photos, contact and address details, employment information and answers to the application questions.
You review and authorise
Check each traveller's answers and photos, then confirm they are complete and correct. You authorise ETAs.one to apply on their behalf. A parent or guardian gives permission for a child. Nothing is submitted automatically.
Our team reviews
Our team checks the authorised answers and photos. If something needs clarification or a replacement photo, we send you a private link. You review and authorise any changes before submission.
We submit the application
Once your application is complete and authorised, we submit it on your behalf. You can follow its progress through your private status page, and we send updates by email.
The decision and your update
The UK government decides every application. We share the outcome by email and on your private status page. Our review and submission target does not control how long the decision takes.
